Ever wonder what a Convent is all about?
A convent is a group of women called by God to live together in community. They are to be part of the Church by being an example of what the Church should be. The rings they wear on their right hands symbolize that their lives are dedicated to Christ, with Christ and in Christ. It's a life of prayer, worship, and study. It's also a life of teaching, outreach, and extending God's love into the world. Just like the Church!
